- Elevate your sleep position: To further minimize swelling, try sleeping with your head slightly elevated on pillows. This position can help reduce fluid accumulation in the lips and promote quicker recovery.
- Speed up healing with Arnica: If bruising occurs, consider using Arnica gel to accelerate the healing process. Arnica is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and can help diminish the appearance of bruises.
- No flying for 3 days: To ensure optimal recovery, it's recommended to avoid flying within 3 days post-treatment. Changes in cabin pressure during flights can exacerbate swelling and discomfort.
Expect your results to gradually diminish over time as lip fillers aren’t permanent.
